How Do I Request A Price Adjustment From Kohls?

Customers can ask for price modifications on Kohl’s clothing and other things based on whether they purchased them online or in a brick-and-mortar Kohl’s store.

Customers must present their receipts to the Customer Service Desk if the purchase was made at a Kohl’s store.

Clothing and other items purchased online and picked up in-store are included in this category as well.

On Kohls.com, consumers may connect with customer care specialists to seek a price adjustment by clicking the Ask Us button at the bottom of the page.

In addition to price adjustments for online purchases, Kohl’s consumers can also get their pricing lowered at a local store.

After two weeks, does Kohl’s provide price adjustments?

Kohls.com makes no mention of whether or not a price adjustment extension will be granted.

But a Kohl’s staffer said the two-week restriction is strictly followed and that refund requests received more than two weeks after the purchase date are not taken into consideration by Kohl’s.

Customers should check with their local Kohl’s associates or a Kohl’s customer service agent to determine whether an extension is available based on the product and the time of year it was purchased.

Does Kohl’s provide price adjustments on all store items?

Kohl’s shoppers may get a refund on most of their purchases, including clothing, shoes, jewelry, and more.

However, there are some things (such as discounted and on-sale products) that do not qualify for price adjustments.

A BOGO (buy one, get one free) or clearance deal, or if the item was marked down to either of these sales in the two weeks after the initial purchase, Kohl’s cannot provide an adjustment.

  • Premium sunglasses (DKNY, Ray-Ban, Armani Exchange, etc)
  • Consumables (Candy bars, Starbucks, Tassimo, etc)
  • Select electrics (Nikon, Scholastic, Nespresso, etc)
  • Premium athletic
  • Curated by Kohl’s Brands (Adore Me, Citrus & Lemon, Cleancult, etc)
  • Premium electronics (Skullcandy, Acer, Dell, etc)
  • Gift cards

Kohl’s shops will clearly disclose which brands are eligible for price modifications and which are not.
