Lawnmowers by CRAFTSMAN and BLACK+DECKER are the only exceptions to this rule since they have a 90-day return policy.

However, the product must still be in its original packing. For a refund, you’ll need a receipt and a valid picture ID (such as a driver’s license or military identification) in order to do so.

Online purchasers will receive a pre-paid return sheet in the box with the lawnmower they ordered.

Make sure that you include the completed return sheet and the mower in the package when you send it back, so that you may get a full refund.

Without the receipt, can I return a lawnmower to Lowe’s?

You can recover your receipt in most cases by using your original credit card, bank account information, MyLowe’s card, or phone number.

If you can’t find your receipt, Lowe’s may provide you an in-store credit for the item’s current selling price if it has the option.

You may have purchased the lawnmower with a Lowe’s credit card such as the Lowe’s Advantage Card, a Business Advantage Card, a Commercial Account Card, or even a Lowe’s Business Rewards Card, in which case your purchase would be considered a business expense.
