Is it possible to return makeup at Target without a receipt?
A receipt isn’t required to return cosmetics at Target if the customer can present evidence of purchase.
If you used a Target REDcard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal check, or a Target gift card to make your purchase, Target will be able to track it down (which you must have retained). Cash purchases, on the other hand, cannot be monitored in this manner.
