Continuous education is essential for both the CIO and the CTO. They must be aware of any new developments in technology that can improve their organizations’ revenue and profitability.
In today’s world, almost every business must utilize some form of technology in some capacity. Small businesses may not need both a CTO and a CIO, but they should look for a person who can perform both roles effectively.
